The data centre industry needs talent – and the talent, students, and career changers need you. FDCA is organising a career and recruitment event on April 15th, bringing employers, educational institutions, and future professionals together under one roof.
The day will feature career stories, hands-on demos, CV and LinkedIn clinics, and walk-in interviews. FDCA’s goal is to raise awareness of the data center industry among electrical professionals – and connect companies with talent who don’t yet know what the industry has to offer.
Recruit talent for the data centre industry – Adecco does the groundwork for you
FDCA and Adecco are joining forces to ensure that our member companies’ open positions and industry talent are matched as effectively as possible. At the event on 15.4., Adecco will run a walk-in interview station where their recruitment consultants will conduct short, on-the-spot interviews with interested visitors. These brief pre-interviews allow Adecco to identify potential candidates directly from the event crowd. You will receive a summary of suitable candidates matched to your needs – without having to invest your own time in interviews.
How do I get involved?
- Submit your open positions to: events@fdca.fi. Describe the roles and requirements – including if you’re looking for talent with a specific profile, so Adecco can carry out targeted pre-screening to match your needs.
- Adecco will handle candidate pre-screening and compile recommendations on which roles and companies each candidate is best suited for.
- Recruitment consultants will be on hand at the event on 15.4., conducting walk-in interviews and ad hoc discussions with interested candidates.
- Candidates will be forwarded to you either collectively to all participating member companies or targeted specifically to the roles they are best suited for.
Deadline: submit your open positions by 15.3.2026.
Student transportation
Want to make sure students find their way to the event – and to your company? FDCA has already arranged two bus transfers from educational institutions to the event, but the more transport available, the more future talent on site. We are looking for member companies to help make additional transfers possible. In return, your company will gain visibility at the event and direct contact with future talent.
