Hifab Oy is an independent built environment and energy consultancy company providing advisory and project management for data center developers, from strategy to implementation. We help our clients to secure power and delivery on schedule, with particular expertise in grid connections and high-voltage substations, MEP delivery and commissioning. We act as owner’s engineer in site selection, conceptual design, permitting, construction and handover activities.
Our lead consultants have worked on both sides of the contract – as EPC contractors and as Employer’s Engineers under FIDIC – so we know where large projects succeed and where they may stall. As part of the Swedish Hifab Group, we also support renewable energy, industrial and real estate investments.
