It delivers power electronics-based high power (>100MVAr) Flexible AC Transmission Systems (FACTS) products, which are Static Synchronous Compensator (STATCOM) and Static Var Compensator (SVC). These are used to control power system voltage and reactive power flow as well as to improve the power system stability and transmission system efficiency. FACTS devices are also typically used to improve the integration of renewables to the power system making the future power systems more sustainable.
